Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current limits until then. Change plans from your account settings — no phone calls, no sales process.
An operation is any read or write your apps make against the Anchor platform — fetching rows from a table, saving a record, or calling a hosted app's backend. Static asset loads (CSS, JS, images served from your apps) and visits to public pages don't count.
An app is an interactive tool that your AI agent generates and Anchor hosts at anchor.cc/app/<appID> — a form, dashboard, internal tool, or anything else. A table is structured data hosted at anchor.cc/table/<tableID>. Apps and tables are independently shareable: any app can read from many tables, and any table can power many apps.
Pro and Business are billed monthly by default. For annual billing or invoice-based payment, contact our sales team — both are standard for Enterprise and available on request for Business.
Your apps, tables, and files are stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with isolated tenant boundaries and continuous monitoring. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including CCPA and GDPR. Enterprise customers run Anchor entirely within their own network — on-prem, self-hosted, or in their own VPC — where all data is fully owned and controlled by the enterprise. No. The content of your apps, tables, and files is never used to train AI models — neither Anchor's nor any third party's. Your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc.) only sees what you ask it to work with, and that interaction is governed by the agent provider's own privacy policy.
