Which plan should I start with?
Most teams start on Free — it covers up to 1 GB of storage, 1,000 tables, and 10 collaborators with no credit card required. Move up to Pro when you need higher limits or more than 10 members. Business is for larger organizations that need unlimited tables and table rows with up to 1,000 members, and Enterprise is for compliance, single sign-on, or running Anchor on your own infrastructure.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current limits until then. Change plans from your account settings — no phone calls, no sales process.
Can I pay annually or by invoice?
Pro and Business are billed monthly by default. For annual billing or invoice-based payment, contact our sales team — both are standard for Enterprise and available on request for Business.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your tables and files are stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with isolated tenant boundaries and continuous monitoring. Enterprise customers can run Anchor entirely within their own network — on-prem, self-hosted, or in their own VPC. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. Your tables and files are never used to train AI models — neither ours nor any third party's. Your AI agent only sees what you ask it to work with, and that interaction is governed by the agent provider's own privacy policy.
