Which plan should I start with?

Start on Free: no credit card, 100,000 Compute Credits a month, and your whole team. Move to Pro, from $12/month, when you need more Compute Credits, storage, apps, or tables, and scale it in steps from 2× to 1,000× without changing plans. Choose Enterprise for single sign-on, audit logs, your own domain, or running Anchor on your own infrastructure.

Is there really no limit on team members?

Anchor never charges per seat, on any plan. Invite everyone who should work in your organization, including teammates, contractors, and stakeholders, at no extra cost. Membership is built for organizations of any practical size. If you're bringing a very large company onto Anchor at once, talk to us and we'll help you roll it out.

What are Compute Credits?

Compute Credits measure the work Anchor does for your organization: serving apps, updating tables, running queries, and saving files and artifacts made by people and AI agents. Each request is metered by the compute it uses, so opening and reading is light while writes and heavy queries cost more. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each billing period.

For a sense of scale, a team of about ten working like this on a typical day uses roughly 1,000,000 Compute Credits a month, which is Pro at $12/month:

• 5 apps in everyday use: about 200 opens and 30 saves
• 20 shared tables: about 130 row updates and queries
• Documents and other artifacts: about 100 created, edited, or copied

This is a rough estimate to give a sense of scale. Actual usage depends on what your apps and agents do, and you can track it at any time on your org's Usage page.

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

We notify you before your organization reaches any plan limit: Compute Credits, storage, or the number of apps, tables, and table rows. If you reach one, anything that would go past it pauses until you step up your plan, which takes effect immediately. Compute Credits also reset at the start of each billing period. We never bill overages automatically, and nothing is deleted because you reached a limit.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current limits until then. Change plans from your account settings — no phone calls, no sales process.

Can I pay annually or by invoice?

Pro is billed monthly by default. For annual billing or invoice-based payment, contact our sales team — both are standard for Enterprise and available on request for larger Pro plans.

Where is my data stored, and is it secure?

Your tables and files are stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with isolated tenant boundaries and continuous monitoring. Enterprise customers can run Anchor entirely within their own network — on-prem, self-hosted, or in their own VPC. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. Your tables and files are never used to train AI models — neither ours nor any third party's. Your AI agent only sees what you ask it to work with, and that interaction is governed by the agent provider's own privacy policy.
