ANCHOR is a space which is constantly evolving and improving. We house designers, artists, entrepreneurs, start-ups, freelancers, and consultants. Connecting with others in the community is inspirational, motivational, and productive. We have created a place for people to meet, collaborations to be born, and projects to happen.

The cost of space at ANCHOR is all-inclusive

Office, desk and artist spaces come with Internet and all utilities covered. Additionally available for your use are event and gallery spaces as well as a communal kitchen.

Ability to use our Conference Room for meetings or work sessions

We have a conference room designed for meetings, presentations and work sessions. The interior of the conference room features Homasote integrated into the wall, allowing for easy pinning of drawings and presentation boards. The Conference Room is equipped with an LCD projector.

Proximity to woodworking and fabrication equipment

42 Rice Street is also home to Keeseh Studio, a woodworking collaborative with prototyping and fabrication capabilities. The workshop provides machinery, tools, and workspace that local artists and designers rent utilizing a membership system.

Access to a sampling of the Ecolect Materials Library

A portion of the Ecolect Materials PettingZoo™ is on site, showcasing hundreds of environmentally minded material samples for architecture, product design, graphic design, fashion and engineering.
