ANCHOR is designed for entrepreneurs, small companies, and startups that seek connections, shared resources, and communal interaction
ANCHOR is a physical space for startups and individuals looking for an outlet in which to pursue their creative ventures. The design of ANCHOR provides entrepreneurs and growing businesses the opportunity to become a core part of an inspiring, energizing community. ANCHOR’s mission is seen in the myriad of features available through this design, including resource sharing, forging professional connections, encouraging new ideas, and facilitating collaborations.
ANCHOR aims to provide affordable, clean and efficient space to creative professionals who wish to be part of a vibrant community. Our recent environmentally friendly renovation boasts its own environment to hold events, learn from other professionals, and prototype and manufacture your designs.
ANCHOR is housed at 42 Rice Street, a large complex which also contains Keeseh Studio, a community woodshop with a vast amount of resources (including a CNC router), as well as the Ecolect Materials Library which showcases hundreds of green-minded material samples for architecture, product design, graphic design, fashion and engineering.
